Move Shoutbox above Related Stories

I've searched and searched on here for how to do this and I'm convinced that it's been answered before and I've seen it!

Anyway, does anyone know how to do it?

Ive tried this and it wont work for me.

What if we want it to the left on the categories?

Can't get this shoutbox to appear at the top of the forum with this code. I've already put it in my Global header.

Oh thanks.  Eventually, I was able to figure it out.  Now I think the shoutbox is too big and you have to scroll down a little to see the forum.  So I'm trying to decide whether to make the shoutbox smaller or put it over to the side.  How do you make the shoutbox smaller?  I tried the sidebar plug-in but I don't know the id of the shoutbox.

Admin > Settings > Shoutbox
From there you have a setting to adjust the height of your shoutbox. If that's what you mean by the size
