Centering Logo How-To (question)

AIIEEEEEEEE.
Okay, I'm sorry.  But I've spent literally WEEKS focusing on this and I'd like to move on now please.

Anywho, I have Googled... and searched... and hunted... and tried so hard...  But every time I either get "IN MAINTENANCE MODE" (for one of the forums it never goes away... ever), a useless answer, and just once I got a "this forum has been deleted".
I've tried three different options.  I've messed with CSS.  I've tried to see if a plugin would help (which felt overly hard).  I've used about every method you possibly can think of and it's still not working.

glorier.proboards.com - the logo.  It isn't centered.
Originally I had a 600 by 300 logo that had the text and the bubble with the title going on.  I couldn't center the whole header.  So I finally gave up on that and placed a background (the text) then the title-bubble as the logo.  and now the title-bubble is off center.  After messing around with the CSS for a bit (I do know a bit about coding, to the point where I'm no longer an amateur) I finally gave up and Googled.
And Googled.
And Googled.

Now I'm finally at a last and a beg of you... help me fix this.  It's going to bother me until I can get it centered.  The whole thing is already a huuuggeee project and I need to be able to move on to all the OTHER things I need to do.

Basically what I want is for the logo to be centered.  The title.  Because it is not centered.  And I have literally a 1500px long banner with words behind it (which I think looks pretty cool) so it can look good on EVERY monitor (I have a huge monitor honestly.  As such I usually try to accommodate smaller monitors... aka almost everyone else).  I pretty much have the whole layout looking how I want it to.
I just need help with this.

Would that be somewhere in template CSS area?
Do I just stick it on to the 'header' grouping?
Or is it just somewhere else entirely?

I don't really know where the "shown spots" you're trying to show me are.

Go to admin> structure> layout templates> forum wrapper



Around line 16 is your banner container. Add the tags there as I posted above. I should have highlighted them.
