Is it possible to place either a full time streaming radio on a forum that guests as well as loged in members will hear. Or the ability to ad sound to a forums banner to play a specific midi or mps file. For the mp3 or midi you would need to be able to upload this from your personal computer. I saw the one that allows you to embed from a source site files from a specific website into posts. This is not unlike embeding youtube videos. I am not speaking of this. I am looking for either a static player or an embeded sound in the banner for a server.
Also if this has not been done I would suggest that it would need to have some nice features that would allow members to either perminantly turn it off or add their own personal file. I know it sounds tough but I think it can be done. The radio may be alot easier to accomplish.
