Different page banner code

Just a plugin that allows you to have different page banners for nearly all the pages on the forum.

There was a code for this created by Peter but it seems he has gone MIA since March 18th and with him so has that codes functionality.  Hopefully everything is ok with him.  His thread can be found here support.proboards.com/thread/448440/different-page-banner-1

I and I'm sure everyone else that has been posting on that thread would appreciate if someone could make a new plugin like that one.  Thank you coder friends in advance!!!

I would defiantly appreciate it if someone made a plugin with the same features as the one Peter created.
