She insists on the thermostat being regulated to the temperature she wants it to be at, no negotiation, and if we change it, she rips it off the wall (true story I have an image to back it up). Originally she said it was because she cant' sleep in hot weather, but we've recently discovered that it's because she's cheap. Thats fine, but why make up a lie about it? I can't be the only one who read that and thought "Sheldon!" I thought that too when I read that. Anyway, I don't have much to add expect to agree with the one that tell you to ask the lord land to do it.

She rips it off the wall!!??
Then rip t off, and throw it out the window. When she tries to get it, lock the door. Turn off all the lights, and hide..

She rips it off the wall!!?? Oh yes, she did it twice and I took a photo and told her if she did it again I'm sending it to our landlord. Hasn't done it since. So yesterday she left the SIX post-its up about various things we do that displease her (we don't close the cabinets shut enough, ect.) When I returned home, I did the obviously mature thing and ripped them up and placed them in the garbage. While I was at my boyfriend's my roommate (the good one) was asked who had ripped them up, and she said that she was glad that we had both seen them. When my roommate asked her why she couldn't just be an adult about it and talk to us her response was "well I tried it once and you didn't listen." The one time she talked to us she complained about the heat and her water pitcher. That's it. Not about any of these minute things that she could have just come and said something about. The kicker is my roommate just said "you being passive aggressive isn't going to work" and she just said "we'll see." I'm sort of tempted to just do the things she told me not to do to be like SEE THIS CRAP DOESN'T WORK

Maybe you should of told the land lord right away that she was so destructive. He likely would have made her leave. You guys could get in trouble if he comes by and notices.

The thing is she put it back on the wall when she calmed down, apparently it's detachable so I wasn't going to use that against her unless I needed to, which is starting to seem more and more likely.

haha that video was awesome! She left for the weekend and it already feels SO much less tense around the apartment - it's ridiculous how much negative energy this girl brings.

Haha I understand all of that I don't think I could handle someone that controlling when I was nice enough to let them have a place in my apartment when no one else would.. I know it's hard but the truth is always nice so be honest with her and if that doesn't work just be like I cant take the crazy anymore and you need to move out....
