I know we have a link at the bottom of the home page to view all Recent Posts...but what about a link to read all Unread posts?

There is currently no way to aggregate all the data on unread posts, as ProBoards doesn't provide a query for this. On any given thread, the "new" icon will take you to the last unread post in the context of that thread.
