This plugin adds a banner to all staff members. Picture:



Installation:

Place the below code on line 30 (IF you have no special codes in the template) of the mini profile template.

{if $[user.is_staff]} <div class="notify">Staff Member</div> {/if}

Please note: If you have template mods in their, the code above will go after the {/if} section of the Online indicator. (where the code is to tell you when a user is online)


It is important that you do not change the <div class="notify"> otherwise this plugin will not work. This may change over time however to where you are able to edit the div class name.


I'll try my best to answer any questions. 

I might ask for your entire mini profile code, so if you need help on the code above and how to add it to your mini profile template, please post your entire mini profile template so I would be able to add it in their for you. (You can PM me it also)

Not to dissuade anyone from venturing into the world of plugin writing, but couldnt you just do this with the template editor itself? I mean you already sorta did the work by putting that div in there in the first place...

Yeah, but for those who don't wanna change everything via code, or don't know how, it kinda makes it easier for them. 

That and I find the color wheel a whole lot easier when choosing colors, instead of going in and lookin up hex codes and finding that perfect one.

Go to your admin section: Click on structure. Now, click on layout templates. Now, click on mini profile. Now, copy/paste what it shows.
