I would like sotw box

I would like a moveable SOTW box, that i can place up next to my banner. I'd like it to be about 300 in height, not more than 450 in width, with a scrolling image option between at least three images, is this possible?

please elaborate on "next to the banner"? do you want it on the side/above/below the banner? or in front of the banner?

also are only the images gonna show inside the box, or do you want other stuff there too?

The banner is on the left side, the sotw box should be next to it on the right side. It should have a title box, with a title, and I'd also include the name of the graphic and who designed with each image. ®i©hie
