v5 Tangent Plugin

I don't think a v5 Tangent plugin is floating around, which would be massively helpful for a site of mine. I have heard that Wormopolis is working on converting all of his v4 scripts. If not, if someone could develop a v5 tangent plugin, that would be really awesome!

I remember someone asking about it, but it was brought up that the spoiler code was basically the same thing. when I asked if there was a significant difference, no one answered why they would still want the tangent code.

if you can tell me why the tangent code is still necessary in a world where a spoiler code is native to the system, I can make it happen

I run a resource site that utilizes tangents for its visual face claim list. It can be found here. I... suppose a spoilers code could be used, though question then becomes, can images be used instead of text for the spoiler display? I feel that tangents are the best method to use because clicking the image is meant to redirect a person to the forum post with icons.
