Did you know that you can style the member group titles?
You can use bulletin board code (BBCode) and cascading style sheet (CSS) code to style and color in the group name, yes by all means you can use CSS code to put even more dinky effects in the title. To get started, go to your admin control panel > Members > Member Groups, you should see the following: Using simple BBCode, I can style the "KC Admin" rank title: [font color="dcc295" size="2"][b]KC Admin[/b][/font]
Now, that code will spew out this: KC AdminNext, lets try adding a little CSS code into the rank title, lets try text spacing and adding a border: KC Admin
This was the code I added to make the boarder:
[div style="border-style:solid;width:75px;"] And all I did was add it after the font styling code, so it now should look like:
[font color="dcc295" size="2"][div style="border-style:solid;width:75px;"][b]KC Admin[/b][/div][/font] It is quite simple to style the rank titles, to make the process faster, style the text in a Preview editor (reply box) and then just copy and paste the BBCode for it in the member group name field and save it. You can also use the same process to style member ranks!Everyone should execute all of ProBoards amazing features, no wonder it won best free forum host!
