I recommend adding a new line before {if $[post.edited]} and placing it there instead, as placing it directly after line 31 in your template would be invalid HTML.

I added it, please see the shot below: There still isn't a copyright notice showing in the posts. (I don't think "preview" works when you are making a template edit that would affect individual posts, would it? It takes you to a board, not a post. Unless I'm missing something, which happens a lot!)

Basically, with the exception of some false positives mostly involving {if} statements, the editor will usually highlight any mistakes in red. Most of the dos and don'ts come naturally after practice and research though.

Regarding "join date" I see that the revised date shows in the PROFILE but not in the MINI-PROFILE. Is there a way around this?

Shorty would have to answer that, as they're the plugin author. It's likely that the plugin was only made to work specifically with the profile page, not mini-profiles (since the join date doesn't show in them by default).
