Noticed that after the fact, but it doesn't change anything. In the interest of support it's important to me that no one's time gets wasted, and clearing cookies and having to re-login to dozens of sites for no reason is indeed a waste of time. The suggestion is only valid if a user is having trouble logging in to the forum, and that's it. Clearing temporary Internet files is only useful when the user is having trouble viewing images. I apologize for being rude, but it needs to be said. You are certainly not the only one guilty of it, and if everyone knew when and when not to suggest certain solutions, better support would be provided here. correct answer to this issue was given in my first reply , if these people are going to be admins of their boards then they need to learn to type their url into fix links for themselves instead of us doing for them 98% of the time.

You're very right about that. The problem as I see it is that the cookies/temp files solution seems to be a fall-back that is given by a lot of support helpers when they've run out of effective solutions. It is treated as the "default" last-resort when it shouldn't even come up at all.

Alot of people loved it. He is having a hard time finding which codes it conflicts with. But rest assured it will be fixed very soon. Keep looking in the Code Database and maybe there will be an updated version posted there.
