[SOLVED] Guest-only message for global header

I'd like to request a code which will show a message table (not popup) to any guests visiting the forum but will not show for registered members. I've been searching for about the past hour for something that will do this and nothing I've attempted so far has worked (I'm downright terrible with javascript -_____- ), but maybe there's something out there that will work.

Thanks, but that's not quite what I'm looking for. I would just like a sort of welcome table to be visible to guests but not to members. I even stated in my OP that I didn't want a popup. Thanks anyway.
