Up and Down Plug In ~ Quick Question

(Back To Top 1.7.0 ) , is there a problem where on some forums you can only download it instead of 'install to forum??'
My friend's saying the only option it's giving her on her forum is to download it, but when I look at it, I see both options, download and install.

She hasn't signed up for Support yet so I thought I'd ask this as a general question.

If she's linking directly to it, the system won't know what forum she's coming from, and won't display the install link. Have her go to the admin area on the forum she wants to install it on, go to the library from the link there, then go to the plugin in question.

Alternatively, if she downloads the plugin, she can just import it to her forum.

OOPS, my bad, I was about to say you rock, but I made a mistake.... She IS looking at it directly from her forum.... Insists there is no option to 'install to forum.'
She'll probably need to sign up here and put her board up so you guys can look at it ,huh??

That might help. She should also make sure that she is logged in. If there is a login box in the upper right corner of the library page, she's not logged in globally, and will not have the install option.

That was exactly the problem, she wasn't signed into global.... All taken care of now.
