A glitch with some backgrounds?

I was trying to add this galaga background to my forum, but there is this white bar that always shows up, even when the default background is black. I just set my background to black for now, but does anyone have an idea why this happens when I add this background? Here is what it looks like:

Is this a repeating image and the bar appears where it repeats? Check your image for a white border. If this is not the case you should probably put it back in and link to it so that we can see what the problem is.

Ok I just found out the issue, there is a thin white line on top of the image that is barely noticeable, but is easily noticeable on my forum. Thanks for the help!
