This plugin will notify all non-exempt users that the link they have clicked is to an external resource, and that they should take caution. Domains can be whitelisted, so that they will not generate this alert for anybody. And users can be granted exemptions from these alerts (so that they themselves will never see them) based upon username and group. The alert message displayed to your users may be customized.

Please use this thread to report any bugs, ask questions or make suggestions regarding the plugin.
