They said that today they can access the sites fine from within their network. So can you try the same now? Additionally they said the problem when they looked at it the otherday appeared to be outside telus, and they were confused as to why only telus users were having difficultys I have added various users traceroutes to the tickets show the traces stopping within agt.net I will give the user whos ticket it is a couple of extra instructions (they want contact in a couple of days if its still broken) But so long as they stay to their word, it looks like we have some progress

How did you make you Martyn? Did Telus find the problem? I am starting to get notes from my Telus users that they have access to the board again - so your calls and emails must have accomplished something! Thanks so much for all your effort!
I am interested to know what the problem actually was...

Well just so you know I have this issue with them on other sites now that I cannot access. teamspeaks, and other fourm hosts too now.I believe this all stems with the spamm protection that they have implemented into their customers services. Not sure about all of this but im going to be asking them about it.They seem to want to block out their customers from accessing potental spamm sites so I hear. This has all started about 3 weeks ago.I have had a hosted forum through you guys for over 2 years and always have been able to access it, now I cannot.Just thought I'd give you all some heads up as to what has been going on for me as well.I will post back when I get some answers from them too.
(Great looks like the issue is resolved I can see my site now) I just found this out after finishing my post....good job guys Thank you

Thank you so much, Martyn!! Finally after two weeks, we can again access our proboards. I sure would love to know what the glich actually was, I was about to contact Telus again with some new tracerts that I obtained today off a cable connection, but now all is well.
