Number PARTICIPANTS latest thread at top of boards - Fixed!

Is this possible? 

At the top of the board template
I wrote a template that shows the last thread and poster to post in all the boards
I wanted to add the number of PARTICIPANTS That thread had received

Using 
$[board.last_thread.replies] <i>Replies</i>

I currently have it on my forum The Creative Pen
You will see it will show the number of participants

But clicking on link number
Will not show the participants who replies THAT thread

I'm OK with this!

BUT IF THERE IS ANY WAY TO GET THE PARTICIPANTS NUMBER
TO NOT SHOW AS A LINK AT THE TOP OF THE BOARD?


And just show the text number of participants?

Grateful if any have any ideas on how that might work

Hi, @xsteveuk.

You're missing a closing </div> tag on line 8 of Themes > Layout Templates > Board.

Once that's added in, add a new line after line 8 and add this to it.

OMG how did I miss the closing </div> you have the eyes of a eagle  Thank You!

That code seems to have fixed it! and just now shows number of participants as text and not a link
That's just how I wanted it to work -  Thank you - I will update the template..
