The Last of Warrior Cats is an intermediate to advanced literature role-play forum roughly based on the popular books by Erin Hunter. We're hoping to be entirely dependent on member participation when it comes to further debate on the plot, and leading the site to whichever outcome their ideas will approach.
We're not using the original four clans, and are instead using ones known as ThicketClan, HeatherClan, and CinderClan. They are far off, time and destination wise, from where the first five originally settled. Rather than Starclan, these three groups of cats take heed to Tiger, Leopard, and Lynx, and have no clue of each others close existence except for in stories told by their Elders. Although their culture is not much different from how the books lay out the duties of a clan, there are a few differences in the warrior code that can be found in a rough explanation on our site.
Alongside and far off from the clans, but growing ever close, is a massive pack of traveling wolves. Truthfully, they're various packs formed together under a single Shaman, and hold suspicions and aggression towards one another. These wolves are fleeing from the destruction of their territories by two-legs, and following this self claimed Shaman that has had visions of a vast territory teeming with prey.
Three cats from the clans will be having visions from each of their appropriate avatar about these approaching foes. Three members and characters will be chosen at random to have these visions, and they will act to how they see fit.
Includes --Feline and Canine Characters
--New and original territories
--New Clans
--High Positions Available
--Create a pack and choose their morals, beliefs, and culture based on what information is given. (Limit: Seven packs)
--Nine characters per account
--Friendly and fun environment!
--More roleplay boards become available the more a member posts.

LayoutFirst thing I have to say is that have used beautiful soft colours. Your background is also nice, as I can't discover any glitches (which I usually have with my big screen when a forum uses a image as background). Sidebar is nice and I like the transparent 'background'. You have, however, set your forum width on a percentage instead of fixed. This is fine as long as you have a big screen and have set the page on 'full' screen. I use often just half of my screen for one internet-page and in that case your forum becomes very small and annoying to read (try it out for yourself to see what I mean). You could fix this by setting your forum width on fixed (perhaps 700px, but you should try really). Over all I got a good first impression. ContentsPlot: I have never played a Warrior Cats RP, nor read the books, so I won't say anything about the originality of your plot. That being said, I like the way you will involve members in your story. I think it is also nice you keep the story plain and clear (I don't like to have to struggle myself trough pages of stories before I have been even started). You should consider, however, that their will be members who would like a longer / more complicated story / setting. In short: for me, this plot is great, for others perhaps not so much. Rules: I like the name of the board (Warrior Code), well done! But I don't like the immediate warning in the description. We all know rules are to be followed, just stating that this is where you keep them and if they, kindly, would read them, is enough. Most of your rules are okay. Personally, I would rephrase this one "NO UNREALISTIC SOB STORIES." in something like "please keep your stories realistic and I have no clue what this one "If you are a { blank }" might mean (but that is probably just me). I also suppose that with 'queen' you don't mean all the female cats? (again, probably just me) Also your third and fourth rule from General are the same as 'Keep things PG 13', I would add the last just to the General Rules. In short: don't make your rules too long or too complicated or too strict. Character creation: first impression: quite good. You got an entire board for character development, which is nice I think. Your topics are clear. Only real comment I have is that you should sticky your examples from the 'biography forms'. Make sure they are always in top - and that they are important. Now it is too easy to overlook them. RP-Boards: you got quite a few (14, I believe). I think this is way too much for a starting forum. Again, this is my personal view, but you might consider to hide at least half of them. I am always more tempted to join a forum with 20 topic in 4 (RP) boards than 20 boards with each just 4 topics. You can always add extra boards when your member's activity acquires you to do so. Some other thingsWhen clicking around your forum for this review, I stumbled across a few other things, which you might give a second thought. I like the name of your OOC-board (safe haven), but thought at first it was also a RP-board. Although you are stating plain and clear in the description it isn't, you might considering to add OOC before the name: sometimes you just don't want people to have to look twice Forum icons: you have made a good start with the two heart-icons, but you could personalize your forum further by changing the other default icons in something (cats?) fitting too. Perhaps you could take a look here. I like the sleeping cat-smiley, btw, it is so adorable! Last but not least: I don't think it would hurt to already start a thread (or two) with your character(s). It will make your RP-boards at least look slightly less empty than they really are. ConclusionYou've got a pretty and well-organized forum over there, with lovely colours and a nice and clean set-up. If you can advertise it well enough, and if your story is original / strong enough, I don't see why it wouldn't work out. Well done and good luck in the future!

First of all, thank you so much for your input and advice! It has been extremely helpful.
This has been my first time succeeding in making a decent site with v5, and the point about the layout was just me being unable to figure out how to fix it, haha. That was irritating me as well. Thank you! I'm glad you liked the theme! I was hoping it wouldn't just me.
As for the plot, I will add a little more with time. Since I just completed the site, I don't have enough muse to write any more on the subject. I plan to have threads explaining their different beliefs and cultures, which will aid in the plot continuation. I like plots to be simple when I join new sites, but I will think about what you said here.
Rules have been fixed and biographies stickied! I forgot that was a thing that needed to be done. It's been awhile for me, can't you tell? Queen is a term for a pregnant cat in the books.
Roleplay boards have been decreased and will come available the more an individual posts.
OOC to safe haven has been added and I will be looking for related icons to warriors. Thank you for the link! I enjoy the icons as well. They're so cute!
I just started a thread last night with one of my characters. I'll add another as soon as I can.
Thank you again! Your review has been pleasant and heart-warming to read. I appreciate it so much!

First of all: I am very pleased you like my review. It always seems to be difficult to write a good critique, so I am happy you find it pleasant to read! Secondly: always keep in mind you don't have to change anything, after all: it are just suggestions about the way I see things (:
That being said, I think I didn't make myself clear about what I meant with the icons. I liked the little hearts for the (no) new posts very much (although I like the paws even better), but I was referring to your other icons. Such as the ones in the Info Center (for threads and posts, users online, etc) and the Legend on your boards (Thread, Announcement, Sticky, etc). Although I think the ProBoards default icons are very pretty (and clear), you might want to change them into something more fitting for your theme (something green perhaps? or even more paws!). You could use a red paw (if you can find one, or make one yourself) for a sticky-thread for example. But I am just giving you some ideas, if you like it the way it is, it is fine too!
Anyway, I am happy my review was helpful, and if you could use some pointers / help in the future, you are always welcome to contact / pm me (:

No worries! If there was something that I didn't necessarily agree with, I wouldn't change it. Your reasonings for everything were appropriate, and that's what I needed.
I will be changing the icons in a bit here. Just haven't gotten there yet. I thought the paws fit more to the theme as well.
Thank you again and I will defiantly come to you in the future!
