Can you be a bit more specific?
The only reference to .pbt is if you download the theme to your PC via the Export option in the Theme Manager.

How do they download it from here then ? I added the falling images and changed colors to the old theme. I wanted to set it where members can ad it to their forum.

If you want other members to be able to import your theme to their forum, you'll need to export it by going to Admin > Themes > Theme Manager > your theme > Export tab. That lets you save it to your computer as a .pbt file, which you can take and upload online somewhere. From there, just provide the link to the members on your forum. If that's not what you're referring to, please help us understand better by being as specific as possible about what you're looking to do.

I'm not sure what the problem is, STLUEE -- I just installed the theme you added to your post on to my test forum and it's working fine.

It shows as no preview
Are you referring to this ~
Mine says the same thing when I import a theme, but it doesn't interfere with the working or the appearance of the theme. I just added one of my themes to another board and it's working perfectly ~ even though the box reads "no preview" when uploading.
David Clark is that a bug? I don't remember ever seeing this before.

Uploading themes makes use of the same upload function that the software also uses for uploading images -- when you upload an image file, you'll see that a preview does exist for it.
For themes, I'm not sure a preview box should be showing like you say. I'll ask our devs about that tomorrow morning.

Turns out it's not a bug, but rather is functioning as intended STLUEE -- in situations where a preview can be generated by the system (such as when uploading images, etc) the upload box will display that preview. For things like themes and plugins, though, previews can't be generated so it simply says "No preview".
