I am watching a marathon of Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern/Bizarre Foods America (the show was retitled last season when the show focused excusively on the USA).
What is the most bizarre thing you've eaten? What would you like to try that would be considered bizarre?
I've eaten squid (the pointed part of the head, and the suckers from the tenticles specifically), kangaroo jerky (tastes like balogna) and crocadile jerky (was a little dry, but good).
As for what I would like to try? Blood sausage, bull's testicles (there was a dish made of this featured on Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern from Mexico I would be willing to try), head cheese and a few other things I've seen on that show.

It doesn't look bad when I've seen it on the show (it's popped up many times on the series). It's not bad really .. I never really thought of it, as "blood" sausage, when I was little. My mother made it for a treat now and again for breakfast. Nice of your mother to give you such an uncommon food. |

Sea cucumber, jellyfish, crickets, geoduck, sharkfin soup, octopus, squid, sea urchin roe, eel (both fresh and salt water), rattlesnake, alligator, bison, wild boar, rabbit, and oh so much more.
Basically, when I go to a restaurant, I usually look for the weirdest thing and order that.
