I have over 15.7 gigabytes of storage and with every app i try to download it says insufficient storage cannot download. Would anyone have any clue as to why this is happening? I just simply cannot understand it. Cheers.

Are you sure it's not full? I got that with my android. Just at 120MB of space, I was only able to have 4 apps. Tried to download another app, and it said that. I have a windows phone now. and with 8GB of internal storage, and 4GB MicroSD chip, i have not had any issues with android issues. haha.
But try to restart your phone, or delete an app and try to download it and see what happens.

Maybe its time to change to an iphone. The thing about Android is it installs on both internal and MicroSD. I had this 4GB installed and I was only able to install 1 more app. You could try your luck with an iPhone, but they are expensive. Windows phones are inexpensive and a little better. We actually are getting more official apps. Which is awesome! We have official Facebook, FB messenger, Twitter, etc. Only thing we dont have is a ProBoards app, which is ok, The mobile version is just as good. What carrier do you have? Are you in the US or somewhere else? If you're in the US, I'd go with cricket! 50 dollars for a Windows phone. I think it's the 620.

I wouldnt recomend iPhones if you want more storage as their phones are more expensive based on storage space.
I'd recommend switching to something like the LG G2 or the G3 even if you want to spend a bit more

The issue is that Android installs apps to the device's internal storage by default. You're seeing that error because it doesn't even know you have 15GB free since it isn't looking in that direction. It's like that episode of Futurama where Fry and Bender move in together: your phone just wants to live in the cramped little apartment and disregards the spacious "closet" behind it. Android handset manufacturers are in competition with each other more than they are with Apple or Microsoft. With expandable storage being such a selling point for Android (for some, at least), companies can't afford to forego SD readers lest they lose market share to competing Android devices. To save money, they install paltry internal storage with the reasoning that you can just buy more later if you need it. Sometimes they shoot way, waaay too low, such as your 128MB phone. But good news, everyone! With a little bit of work you can set that 15GB SD card as the default app installation location. Plus, it should allow you to move those immovable apps. Here's a pretty solid guide to help you get that done.

^ great advice here.
OP, the problem isn't Android, just that that particular phone has almost no internal storage space. I'd recommend at least 16gb internal space for your next phone.

I'm almost positive this happened in King of the Hill too. It's not really relevant to the discussion, I just felt the need to say it anyway.

Friend said windows phone just for a lot better. And I jumped on the bandwagon. Never regretted it.
