I'm sitting around my house eating all night. We've got grinders now, and will be having finger foods (nachos, chicken, egg rolls) later on.

I'm a hermit, so I'll be playing games after my little one's asleep. No real plans here.

Yea, I'm going to be playing LED basketball in +/- 17 degree weather. I will also be intoxicated.

It's 3pm here in SK, just woke up about an hour ago. Had a pretty awesome night. Right after work I went and met with some friends, we went out for dinner, went bar hopping until 2am. We tried to find another bar, but got lost. Ended up going to a club, but one of the friends I was with and I weren't liking the music, so we left. Ended up heading back to my apartment around 5am, watched the Interview and ate some food, then left around 7am to climb a mountain so we could see the first sunrise.

I finished re-watching Parks & Recreation on Netflix. A night very well spent.

There's a "Last Night" event in a nearby town, so I go play steel pans for a while: Then over to the fire station. I missed the band that was there, so I stood around in the garage: Finally, up the hill to the theatre I used to work at when I lived here full time. Up to my old home! (The control booth. I am even authorized personnel!) Start up the adorable little lighting console: And of course, the mirror ball: And then the band shows up and plays until midnight!

Well my plans went completely out of the window. Spent most of the day in bed with the flu. Which is a shame because new years is my favourite time of the year. Fingers crossed it doesn't get progressively worse again today

Since my New Year's resolution is to drink much less alcohol I spent the last day of 2014 drinking heavily....passed out on the couch with That 70s Show on TV haha. I was gonna go to downtown Raleigh for their festivities but it was supposed to be like 25 degrees so yeah no thanks.

Spent the evening in with my other half and a few drinks and nibbles. Nothing big.
Tomorrow is my mates housewarming, so more of a celebration then. It's also the first time in ages my friends have been in the same place so totally worth it.

As per family tradition, we watched a series of films to help keep us awake until midnight. The first one was amazing. It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad world, followed by our traditional [ur=http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0034862/?ref_=nv_sr_2]Holiday Inn[/url]. Then watched the New York Times Square countdown and blew cheap annoyingly loud horns until we ran out of breath. Then finished the last minute we had to pause from Holiday Inn.
