When you've got to go to "either/or", you know you don't have the information necessary for an informed decision. So you think the FBI doesn't make backup tapes? If only the IRS were so incompetent people might get away with cheating on their taxes.

I'm just not the type to speculate on not enough information. Never have, and I'm not about to start now. That's a valid personal position but pretty much rules out taking an interest in history, politics and science.

I've got two Master's degrees in the sciences and I'm not a slouch in history. Politics doesn't interest me that much.

I've got two Master's degrees in the sciences and I'm not a slouch in history. Politics doesn't interest me that much. Maybe what you meant by speculate and what I mean by speculate differ. Because in science you have these untested theories which are 'speculation', and in history there's lots of missing information which leads to speculation eg. did vikings colonize America? were X tribe cannibals? Was such and such secretly gay? But I have a science question which should be a piece of cake for you. Here's the mythbusters showing that an apartment (with the optimal gas mixture) won't blow up to smithereens, the windows don't even shatter. And here's what the FBI claimed a gas explosion did (turn 4 houses into matchsticks): Can you explain the discrepancy?

The FBI passed off a drone strike as a gas leak. vaticproject.blogspot.com.au/2012/11/was-mysterious-explosion-in.htmlHow the FBI does it is get some actor to pretend to be stupid whitetrash and admit to the crime, just like they did with the O.K. bombing. In case you are wondering, why would they assassinate a U.S. citizen, he was an inventor: Did an energy saving of 70% on street lights endanger the power companies profit line? I heard once replacing all the traffic lights in America with LED ones would mean they could close 4 power plants.

And here's what the FBI claimed a gas explosion did (turn 4 houses into matchsticks): Can you explain the discrepancy? Look at the photo. The central area of damage has the house completely leveled at the foundation level. Outside of the initial blast radius there is still significant damage but you can see in the neighboring houses how the blast damage is angled more upward, leaving the lower areas less damaged. This type of damage would be expected with a high-pressure explosion at the ground floor within the completely leveled house. "Compression damage" can happen with any explosion, as the nature of an explosion inherently causes compression and then decompression. It would take a LOT of gas to cause something like that, but it's not unheard of. That the central area looks burned and there is damage to surrounding structures is consistent with that type of event. Now, a drone strike would look very different. A missile or dropped bomb would have a trajectory that is more likely to damage upper floors and leave lower areas more intact. It also would have a debris field tilted towards one direction or another that would indicate the trajectory of the delivery vehicle. There may very well be some odd circumstance here. Someone may have intentionally caused the natural gas explosion. Or, it may have been a different type of explosion. But, the damage does not appear consistent with a drone or missile. As such, going down that path is a waste of time if there is some other real conspiracy.

As such, going down that path is a waste of time if there is some other real conspiracy. Keep in mind that the house owners were convicted for purposely using gas to destroy their house for the insurance money. So maybe they were inexperienced and weren't sure how much to use, thus the larger explosion
