Your ping is concerning because the speeds don't mean much if you don't have a good enough ping. Ping should be a first priority because it lets you know how long does it take to get a response from your ISP when getting information from them on their behalf getting information you want from a certain location. An excellent ping would be around 1/10th of what you got. You might experience "rubberbanding" or slow frame rates when playing multiplayer games, depending on the game. Large scale games will have rubberbanding while small scale games will have frame rate reductions, all due to syncing all game data on each person connected to the game room.

95 ms is rather a large ping time.

Its probably the server I had to use, that was a charter server, but it was out of Michigan, the one that I should be using is a lot closer, and I should be getting this ping:

Anything less than 20ms ping is great and will have minimal issues.

I had around 55 Ping, usually the normal for which I've seen with other people. Especially my friends. Like a friend of mine in the same city, not even 4 miles away, has the same ISP, but half the speed I do, and gets the same ping in game. That ping must have been either their computer really sucks like I mean, has to be windows xp computer back in 2001, or they have 1Mbps internet. o.O

It has nothing to do with operating system. 1Mbps internet most likely isn't it because that is just a measurement how much data can be transferred within a second: 1 megabit per second (128 kilobytes a second). MB and Mb are different as they are megabyte and megabit respectively.

Doesn't matter if you have a beast of a computer either. At least that's what I think. I could be wrong.

Depends on the game and how much data needs to be sent to and from each computer from the main game room server. You are correct about a super computer being limited by a slow connection. Can only go as fast as the least common denominator.

SKT. (I would actually be getting faster speeds, but unlimited data plans are a little weird here. After you use 12gb a month, your speed is throttled. In other words, you'll get unlimited data, but not the max speed. I've used up my 12gb this month). G3 Beat (I'd much rather use the Moto X I was using back in the US, it felt perfect in my hand... it doesn't work here though. ).
