CSS style sheet to .pbt format can anyone help me

My friend and i sat for many many hours designing a forum layout/template for our rsps  but never got around to  making the forum until now. Sadly he was the one with the coding/technical knowledge and I just funded the project. Now I'm managing the whole project alone, still without a forum.
 
    I would LIKE to use the design we created together, but it is in a css style sheet format, whilst proboards requires  it to be in .pbt I have googled for the last 2 hours to  no end trying to figure out how to convert this stylesheet to .pbt and have come up empty handed.
     If anyone is able to show me how to do this, do it for me, or  shoot my dream through and tell me its not possible- It would be immensely appreciated!

This theme is not going to work on ProBoards, as it's written for phpbb. You could remake it, but PB uses a different structure so many values would be different.
