If you are getting that warning, you should find a 'report as false positive'. Click on that and it should hopefully be investigated more in depth by Avast.

i know its a virus thing. its just a button at the top of my page is what im saying lol i dont know the workings, but i feel safer now

I am getting the same thing. Through Avast as well. Figure I post a screenshot of the alert as well to be helpful.

Just click on "False Positive" and report the problem to Avast. I can assure you there is no problem on ProBoards. Neither my anti-virus nor MalwareBytes have thrown up a warning and I've had no problems on the ProBoards sites I've visited. Just did a scan this morning and had no malware.

I reported it as false positive last night but when i woke up, the problem hasn't been settled

Until Avast updates their virus definitions to whitelist the URL after receiving enough false positive reports the window will continue to show up.

I don't use Avast but if it has a whitelist available for you to use you might try listing the URL there.
