Changing default posting pictures size

Hi, is there any way to change the default size of the images that are placed in a post? I mean that when placing an image and post it is not shown in its actual size but 50% for example, but both width and height, also if you can click on the image to be displayed in its actual size , it's possible? thanks

thank you, but im looking for another way, i mean, i want to click the picture and it must show at its complete size in the same forum, not in another window, if i select "NO" to open the picture in another window it will not reduced in post.

Sorry about that.. That was an issue with the plugin.
