Hello everyone! I was wondering if there was a way to use BBCode to add a drop shadow to a text. One of my members sent me this link to see if this could be implemented. As far as I know there's no plug-in for it, but I swear that I've seen people experimenting with adding some shadow with the available coding we have upon the site. I'm not very good at figuring out complex formatting code, so if anyone could help me out (and break it down and explain what each bit does) would be amazing. Thank you so much!

Undine , why I asked if for something specific, is some areas in the Visual Editor (admin > themes > advanced styles & css) have built in options for text shadow: As far as posts and other areas that accept BBCode, text shadow is defined by CSS. In the case of my post above, I used inline css to style the text. Here's the code for my above post: [span style="text-shadow:1.5px 1.5px #aaaaaa;"][font size="3"]Do you want the shadowed text for something specific or?[/font][/span] This explains more about text shadow CSS: click here
