Forum: hodgepodge.freeforums.net/I'm trying to change the places in my theme that are still white. On each profile page, where it says "date registered." Also at the bottom of the homepage, where it tells you how long ago the most recent post was, and the most users online. Thank you.

In Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS this is normally determined by Text Styles > Timestamps but the author of the theme you're editing has replaced the CSS with an explicitly defined timestamp color on line 459 of Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS > Style Sheet.
You can change it to this to make it use the timestamp color you specify like normal.

I'm assuming that's also the reason I can't change the color of the mini-profiles and the color of the sides of the navigation bar and welcome text background? Do you know how I would change those?

The mini-profiles were redefined at the very end of the style sheet. All the stuff the theme author added is overriding any settings you have specified in the visual editor.
Based on this being a repeat occurrence it's probably safe to assume the theme was created to be used as-is rather than modified.
