Is that your board in your signature? When you ask for help, it would help to add a link to your board -- most times we need to look at your board to help you with what you are requesting.
Put the below code at the bottom of your stylesheet (adv styles & CSS):

** The 86%, 20px, 20px auto -- can be changed to fit with what you want your board to look like.
And to answer your question about the links: ADMIN > THEMES > ADV. STYLES & CSS > VIRTUAL EDITOR > TEXT STYLES > DEFAULT TEXT STYLES > LINK > Hover or LINK -- Text-decoration, click on UNDERLINE. Need anything else just holler.

Also for a gray your want - search for HTML COLORS, Grays -- and that should give you a link to the page that you can find a whole lot of colors in HEX and even RGBA. Here is one of the websites that helps me with color is htmlcolorcodes.com/color-picker/
