Hello! Thanks in advance to anyone willing to answer this question, but after a few days of searching I sadly haven't found any forums/topics that helped. As a result, I've come into some complications with Signatures. T0T;; What I know: We can't really put regular bbc coding, but rather kind of HTML like? I'm not too familiar with coding vernacular, but I will try my best! For example, it took me a while to realize that we can't use "[ img ]" but rather "[ img src =]" and what not. So I was wondering if this applied? Question: Does Proboard Signatures allow table coding? In this specific instance, instead of elongating our signatures height wise, I was hoping to use tables to allow "two columns". so that I would be able to have something side by side. Is this possible? I'm not the best at communicating my questions so below I provided images! This is what I do NOT want:

Also, I was wondering if Signatures allowed spoiler tags? So far I tried it and it doesn't, unless there's another way to do so since there's a difference between bbc and HTML? @@;; Again, thank you all for your time in this!

Hi, Godai . What I know: We can't really put regular bbc coding, but rather kind of HTML like? BBCode is a markup language that can vary depending on the platform you're on. What tags are available is determined completely by what the service or software you're using codes in as a functional tag. In our case the BBCode that was used in ProBoards v4 and earlier more closely resembled what was typically used on other platforms. When ProBoards v5 was released all of the former BBCode tags that output elements still supported by modern browsers were turned into aliases for the current iteration of BBCode. We opted to make our BBCode use the same tags as the HTML that shows in the final post (with the exception of a few forum-specific elements such as quotes and spoilers which are for the most part just formatted/styled <div> elements). For example, it took me a while to realize that we can't use "[ img ]" but rather "[ img src =]" and what not. So I was wondering if this applied? You can use both. But if you use opening and closing [img] tags they'll be converted into [img src="IMAGE URL HERE"] in the final product. Question: Does Proboard Signatures allow table coding? Tables work in signatures last time I checked. Also, I was wondering if Signatures allowed spoiler tags? I just tested this on my own forum and spoilers definitely work in signatures. Ensure that you're entering the BBCode correctly for anything that didn't work and give it another try. To guarantee it's typed correctly, try creating your signature using the posting page and switch back and forth between the Preview and BBCode tabs to see if your BBCode is working.

Sweet, thank you! As for the table coding, for the life of us, we've tried different ways to do the table, and it never worked. It always changes our "]" into a ">" rendering the entire thing wrong and breaks the coding. Or just breaks it in general. Do you perhaps know the proper coding for this? We've done "[ table ] blah [ / table]" and the whole "[ tr ] [ td ]" table kind. And none of it works out. It changes our entire code and just replaces it with a number. For example, I'm the 6th member to sign up, and it changes all my table codes to "6". ;0; Here's an example that I did just now! I inputted the following code: [table][tbody][tr][td style="padding:3px;"][div align="center"][img style="max-width:100%;" src="http://i.imgur.com/6TVrtqd.gif"]
» [a href="https://tinyurl.com/y9zmc482"][b]Sonak Paetdee[/b][/a] «
[i]The Self-Deprecating Healer[/i]
[font color="#4682B4"]. : Current Pokemon Team : .[/font]
[img style="max-width:100%;" src="https://tinyurl.com/y8jhgb3y"][img src="https://tinyurl.com/ybqjwnsx" style="max-width:100%;"][img style="max-width:100%;" src="https://tinyurl.com/yc3lgnze"][img style="max-width:100%;" src="https://tinyurl.com/y9l3uhk7"][img style="max-width:100%;" src="https://tinyurl.com/y7t43cg4"][img style="max-width:100%;" src="https://tinyurl.com/y825ul9w"]
[/div][/td][td style="padding:3px;"][div align="center"][img src="http://i.imgur.com/6TVrtqd.gif" style="max-width:100%;"]
» [a href="https://tinyurl.com/y9zmc482"][b]Sonak Paetdee[/b][/a] «
[i]The Self-Deprecating Healer[/i]
[font color="#4682B4"]. : Current Pokemon Team : .[/font]
[img style="max-width:100%;" src="https://tinyurl.com/y8jhgb3y"][img src="https://tinyurl.com/ybqjwnsx" style="max-width:100%;"][img src="https://tinyurl.com/yc3lgnze" style="max-width:100%;"][img src="https://tinyurl.com/y9l3uhk7" style="max-width:100%;"][img src="https://tinyurl.com/y7t43cg4" style="max-width:100%;"][img src="https://tinyurl.com/y825ul9w" style="max-width:100%;"]
[/div][/td][/tr][/tbody][/table] And this is the result: And oh sorry, I wasn't clear! For the spoilers, we have this specific spoiler plug in where if we put: " [ spoiler ] { Text } " it gives us a titled spoiler instead of the generic one. We were hoping to utilize the special spoiler instead of the generic spoiler. Is that possible?

If you're using a plugin to extend the maximum possible signature length then whether or not your BBCode works is going to be dependent on what that plugin supports as your signature will be handled entirely by that plugin. This is why your tables aren't rendering. The BBCode supported by that plugin is listed in its official support thread here: support.proboards.com/thread/642502/extra-large-signature
