Hello zimkittyIf you're talking about putting the top banner add at the very top of your forum, I'm not sure there is a plugin for that. But it can be done with a very short script, placed in your Global Header (or Global Footer). Technically it doesn't move the ad. It move the content which would normally appear above the ad to below the ad. Here's a link to one of Brian's posts which contains the script. support.proboards.com/post/7115762/threadWe use that on GuitarNuts2 and I very much like the look.

Hello zimkitty I installed the Custimizable Container Above News plugin on my test forum and the script doesn't seem to have any adverse affects on it in that environment. If you'd like to try adding that script to your global header again, then take a screenshot, maybe we can figure out what's going wrong. <script> $(function(){ var ad = $("#ad1"); var elements = $("#wrapper header, #wrapper a.recent-threads-button, #wrapper #navigation-tree"); if(ad && elements.length){ elements.insertAfter(ad); } }); </script>

Hello zimkittyI take it the centering of the container issue is completely independent of whether the add at top script is in your Global Header, right? The best solution for the centering issue would be to post in the help thread for that plugin: support.proboards.com/thread/633108/custimizable-container-news-v0-3I reckon the author of the plugin might be able to make a new version that allows the container to auto-center rather than be dependent on setting the left margin.
