Forum URL: doggotester.proboards.com I am trying to change the background color of my nav bar when hovering. I want to background of the text to be light gray, but not overflow into the border. I can find where to adjust the color but doesnt work for some reason, the colors never match up.
Any help?

After inspecting your nav bar with the developer tool, I noticed that your home button was the only one with the grey not overflowing out of the border. If you compare that element with the other elements in the nav bar, the home element is the only one with the class "state-active". If you apply that class to each element of the nav bar, it should give you the result you want.

I wasn't sure exactly how to add it in, but ORIGINALLY I had this:
<div class="navigationmm"> $[navigation.menu.name] </div>
Then:
<div class="navigationmm"><div class="state-active"> $[navigation.menu.name] </div></div>
Didn't make a difference though, I think it's still the same

Sorry, @majority. A better solution would be to clear two fields in your layout template in your admin panel > themes > advanced styles and css > visual editor.
Then, navigate to Header (Top) > Navigation Bar > Button > Hover. Clear the background color and background image. Click save.
