Is there a way to make a clickable @tag in the mini profile?

Hello! I run an rpg so my mini profiles have character information in them. Is it possible to have something like:

Relationship: Married to @ human. And to have the @ human (without the space haha) actually show up as a clickable link like it does in a post?

@tag conversions would only happen in areas that are processed for BBCode, it is during that processing that the tag is converted to a clickable name. So obviously in a post or PM, in a shoutbox or in a custom profile field that has been set to light-bbcode.

ETA: board and category names also get the bbcode treatment
