Elli's point is not about whether or not it works on your browser. It may still work. But when something is no longer supported by a majority of major browsers, other browsers will also follow suit (Chrome, for instance, is ending support for Flash next year). When this happens, it is not in anyone's best interest—least of all the developer's—to invest time and effort in creating something that will be defunct in a matter of months. To put it succinctly: you won't get this plugin request filled because no developer is going to want to expend the effort to make a plugin that will no longer have a function in the near future. If you're trying to embed a flash game, then your best method is to see if the game has an embed and place that code in the HTML tab of a custom page.
