I installed a plugin that adds a reply button within the post, but does anyone know how to remove the other one? Or perhaps change its shape to not be so pointed?

Put this in global headers and footers:
<style> .title-bar > .controls > li > .reply-button {display:none !important;} </style>

Far better to place the code on a new line at the bottom of the stylesheet, unless you have multiple themes. Also you only need it in the Global Header if you have multiple themes, not in both the header and footer!

Or perhaps change its shape to not be so pointed?Hi sanakyouran @smithj 's solution is valid but I agree with the points brought up by Nscalerr 🐺 . Also, I would avoid using !important like the plague unless it's absolutely necessary. You only need to put a little style section like that in your Global Header OR your Global footer, not both. But putting it there will affect ALL themes. If that's necessary then do it. But you need to remember it's there. If you forget, you could run into trouble trying to figure out why your reply button in the title bar won't appear if you decide make changes in the future. I also think it's wise to use a comment so you can easily identify a change like that. So IF you decide to remove the reply button from the title bar on ALL themes, I'd suggest this for your Global Header: <style> /* Remove Reply button from Title bar in Thread */ .title-bar > .controls > li > .reply-button {display:none;} </style> If you decide to round the corners of the Reply button, that should be done in the Style Sheet, as you'll want a different look for each theme. To fit in with title bar in the theme you've shown in your image, this will look pretty good (imho). /* Reply Button (Title bar of Thread) -- ease all corners and round off upper-left */ .title-bar > .controls > li > .reply-button {border-radius:3px 30px 3px 3px;}
