We had a missing admin but he has been replaced by a CO-LM (Admin) and we need to remove the old Admin how do we go about that?

After looking though your post history, it seems you asked for an admin transfer through PB Support but the forum was not eligible for transfer — were you able to secure the transfer through PB between your initial thread and now? It would also be beneficial for you to post a link to the forum in question. The main admin account cannot be removed without removing the entire forum. If the forum was appropriately transferred through PB, the new admin should have the admin account added to their global account and can switch back and forth, and the previous admin will not have access. However if you simply promoted someone else to admin without going through a proper transfer, you cannot remove the forum creator from the admin account without either their consent to transfer, or without PB determining the forum is eligible for transfer due to inactivity. |
