I can't locate it alphabetically. BTW I never claimed the the url to my forum was ineffective. Internet Directory is a listing of every domain—beginning with the 115 million .COMs—as they stand in early 2014. On a fast browser (Chrome or Safari), it takes 599 days to watch every domain scroll by... So, the role of search engines in content discovery is important because it helps to connect users with the information they're looking for, and it helps to ensure that the best and most relevant content rises to the top, rather than getting lost in the vast sea of information that is the internet.

None of those images, including the image of my website, on this page reached by the url provided below, are clickable.
In fact, even when I backtrack from that page to previous pages, none of the images are clickable.
Which renders the post of my website virtually useless. Only if I reach the directory by clicking the words "Forum Directory," are the icons that are displayed clickable.
But then my forum does not show up on the search.
BTW
Previously, when I was reaching that website directory page, there was no search option being displayed whatsoever. That is why I was not using the search option, which was the first thing I expected to see when getting there.
The URL below is the url I am referring to. Are the website icon images clickable on your computer? By clickable, I am referring to their responding or not to the clicking.
www.proboards.com/forum-directory/search/results/4?q=variety
So here is the situation:
1. My website does not show up on the search of clickable images.
2. My website image will show up with the link provided but it is not clickable.
In both cases the website is denied the same exposure as the others are receiving. Seems as if this has been its status all these years.

Using the URL Lynx provided, and in even doing a manual search, the image to the left of your directory entry IS CLICKABLE, just like everyone else's.

Your site also show up in search.

Radrook - according to our records your Directory submission was just approved this morning, and if you search for the forum name or any of the keywords used in the description, the forum does appear in the results.

Since I seem to be misunderstood. Let me explain once more. My forum is supposed to be listed, correct? Question: Is my forum listed with the other forums? I can't locate it alphabetically. If it isn't listed then how can I get it listed? That is the simple question that should not be difficult to understand. If indeed I am still not understood, then I guess there is nothing further I can say. Here is the forum directory I wish my forum to be added to: www.proboards.com/forum-directoryBTW I never claimed the the url to my forum was ineffective. Did you try to do a search for it? I used the word 'variety' on the directory page and found your forum. It was on page 3 or 4, I believe, but it's there. www.proboards.com/forum-directory/search/results/4?q=varietyView AttachmentAs you can see from the image, other forums that have the word 'variety' in their name and/or description show as well.

Yes! I just noticed the message of approval. Thanks for the help. Now when I search in the directory I find it. .

Using the URL Lynx provided, and in even doing a manual search, the image to the left of your directory entry IS CLICKABLE, just like everyone else's. Now it is clickable after I received the approval notice for my website. I must have been clicking it prior to the approval taking full effect. Or it could have been a browser glitch as you suggested.
