I've had previous experiance lol....yes never ask.... also be active on a forum.. try and meet people... find ways to contribute and make a forum better.... bring people to a forum... show enthusiasim.... and never ask because it will appear to be the only reason you are doing . thats my advice |

I know that I make a list of people who ask, so that I can remember who never to give it to.
Usually if someone asks for a staff position, they want the power too bad and will not be responsible. I prefer to promote from the regulars on my board. And no there is no guaruntee that I will promote ANYONE! I only add staff to my board when it appears that it needs it. If I can keep up with all my members, then I do not need any staff.
