Well it's best not to make a site unless it's something your interested in, making a proboard successful takes time and dedication. If you're not ready to make that kind of commitment you might want to wait a while, join another board and get some idea about the way they operate and such.

trust me ive had my share of proboards for over 2 years i owned an animation site it had 800 members and then it got hacked and totaly ruined

what's so special about being part of staff? just curious.
anyway, my opinion though is that you should try to recreate ur animation site. if it was that popular, then it might be able to make a comeback.

u have way to many baords for 1. create a custom design or get one from a design site to help draw in new members. some codes here and there and ull be set  |

well, dont rush things. it took some time to get those members, right? it'll take time to rebuild your site. i believe a mod here has a site that was dead for months but became popular after a while. just let time pass and edit the board so people like the look. if they like the content, then they will join.
