I have been out of the loop for a while now, but last week my mom sent me an e-mail telling me that England got massive rain that some of England Flooded. I don't know which part but apparently some of my cousins lost the of thier cattle and there house flooded causing a lot of water damage.
Can anyone confirm this for me? Preferably if you are from England

Yeah. Some of the country's been hit pretty bad. It's just been a bit stormy here in London the past few days.

I found this news report about flash floods in North Yorkshire. I remember seeing something on the news though where they were stressing that it wasn't as bad as first feared, but they were worried that news reports would be a threat to tourism over the summer.

Its getting common now as we have no rain for age's and then a months worth in a few hours. Flash floods are a new thing to the UK.

I remember seeing something on the news though where they were stressing that it wasn't as bad as first feared, but they were worried that news reports would be a threat to tourism over the summer. Whilst Yorkshire was flooding, it was 34 degrees in the South of England. The weather has gone completely crazy over here.

Sure, you might like rain, but I doubt you'd want your home and livelihood destroyed by flash floods
