First Impression: wow thats orange

First impressions are quite important,some people will just glance at your board and clozse it straight away, now I've taken a good look at it its not bad at all.

There's nothing messy,you have everything layed out nicely and the board is customised. I really dont see anything wrong but the banner could be a bit better,you've done a nice job here

Since you asked me to rate this, here ya go ^_~

Colors:
The black and orange look nice, very Halloweeny. The deep oranges are easier on the eyes than bright orange, and give the board a mature look. The gradient is nice, but maybe get two different ones for both title and category? Also, match the scrollbar to the grads ^_^

Banner:
Well made, it matches both theme and color.

Background:
Its a good choice ^_^
Matches theme and color and is just spooky enough.

Graphics:
I like the old/new icons, but the differnce between the two is very subtle. Try making the new icons brighter.
The thread icons (lock, sticky, etc.) are great. Very cute and match the theme.
Smilies are cute too! ^_^
Maybe customize the staff stars to macth the smilies and thread icons?

Other:
Some of the boards haven't been posted in lately. You can't really help that with the graveyard (after all, that's its purpose) or the Introduction Board, but you can make a thread in the feedback board and in the Musuem as well.
