Alright, we have 16 members, and me and Chloe the admins are totally kind And lovely, and everyone is amazingly fun!
We're in need of the gang splitters as we have all the rest of the canons, but don't be afraid to join as an original character. We always want fresh blood!
Standin' on your mama's porch
You told me that you'd wait forever
Oh and when you held my hand
I knew that it was now or never
Those were the best days of my life
Back in the summer of '69
Man we were killin' time
We were young and restless
We needed to unwind
I guess nothin' can last forever - forever, no
And now the times are changin'
Look at everything that's come and gone
Sometimes when I play that old six-string
I think about ya wonder what went wrong
Standin' on your mama's porch
You told me it would last forever
Oh the way you held my hand
I knew that it was now or never
Those were the best days of my life
Back in the summer of '69

summer of '07
I got my first real six-string
Bought it at the five-and-dime
Played it till my fingers bled
It was the summer of '69
Me and some guys from school
Had a band and we tried real hard
Jimmy quit and Jody got married
I shoulda known we'd never get far
Oh when I look back now
That summer seemed to last forever
And if I had the choice
Ya - I'd always wanna be there
Those were the best days of my life
Ain't no use in complainin'
When you got a job to do
Spent my evenin's down at the drive-in
And that's when I met you
Bought it at the five-and-dime
Played it till my fingers bled
It was the summer of '69

Summer. 2007. The best days of the gang’s lives. It was the time of freedom, the times you remember for the rest of your life.
The group were happy in the fact that they had the whole summer ahead of them. They spent time together everyday, on the beach, in the town, even in the cinema. They never did a thing without all of the six being there. They even began a band. Charlie Hadley, the unlikeliest member of the gang, was an excellent guitar player and he decided that since the others all had some musical talents the group could maybe make some money while being all together.
Emily Brown, the most scene member, was happy to oblige and joined in with her amazing range of lead vocals, and soon the others began to follow. Tyler, Damian and Felix followed in on piano, drums and backing vocals. Sadie joined with her rhythm guitar Soon the group was complete and they were enjoying themselves, playing gigs, under the name of “The Gang”. Then there was the ever faithful Felix who managed them and of course had the garage for them to practise in.
These days could not last forever though, and things were soon to change.
School began; the girls and boys were forced to separate. A fresh start at separate gender sixth forms led to separation between the famous gang. And even the genders began to separate; Emily, Devon, Nadine and Hermione soon found new friends in their girl’s school with no trouble, and soon didn’t even remember the great friendship they used to have. The same happened with the boys, except from Charlie who lonesome by nature found it very difficult to make any more than a few average friends; he missed the gang too much. Emily and Charlie kept their contact, but they were the only two who did. They were the inseparable best friends, the dynamic duo and tried to spend time with each other out of school.
Will The Gang ever be together again, or will Charlie’s fruitless attempts achieve nothing? The summer of ’07 has finished and it’s back to work at the respective schools. Where do you fit in?
