When I change pages on my site (Click Here) the URL doesnt change. I think this is because I have a frame at the top of the page. Is it possible for me to have the URL change from say:

www.rallystuff.net to www.rallystuff.net/Multimedia.htm

without losing the frame?

Save that top header HTML in a seperate file such as menu.htm or whatever you want, and then put this code where the menu HTML used to be:<?php require("menu.htm"); ?>Remember: Every page that has that code snippet must have the file extension .php ! :-)
