Please help with 'New Posts' button

Hello all.

I need to put up a 'New Posts' (where all the new posts since last visit will come up) icon on my board somewhere, but I have absolutely NO KNOWLEDGE of coding and HTML...

I know there's a button in the bottom, but it's a bit clumsy to scroll down all the time and it shows posts and not threads.

Don't even know how to get the screen up with the HTML codes.

Could someone guide or help me? Remember to go slow.

Just found out how to put in codes and hacks. Doesn't matter with this option, but how do I change the "Hey X, etc. thingy"??

Don't want to delete or move it, but just change what it says...

That's not possible at the moment.

o change the wording, use the "Switchit" code from the database.

And yes, this should have been in Code Support or Code Requests.
