How do I get a shout box? Is there a code for it or do I have to have one hosted by a site such as bravenet? If I have to have it hosted can someone please recommend a service provider for me. Thanks.

Your main footer if you want the box to appear under your info center, or in main header if you want it to appear under the google ad. It might be best to post in there support board where you got the code for further help. Just incase the code isn't working, those folks over there can fix it for you much faster.
