Unless you time how long it takes to get through the first song (hope it doens't take longer due to loading) and then change it to a new song, it really can't be done. I wouldn't suggest trying the timeing thing.

This could be done quite easily if you had some audio editting software. Just append the second clip to the first and use that as your music file.
