Help with where to put the code?

I cannot believ I am going to post this....no joke. I am a Network engineer and I am being so dumb right now. I have had a proboards forums for a long time now. I have it linked from my site www.mo-clan.com well my question is, all of you are talking about heres the script or heres the code, I get that part I know Html and what not but my questions is where are you imputting all of these code changes?? I mean on my site alls I have is the forum linked off of a keyword "Forum" there is none of the board code uploaded to the site. So Like I was wondering like you all were saying.

To add a Glow effect and Shadow effect to the names of the Global Moderator and others, you gave the code. Thats great I got that, but where can I access the spot to place that code...thats my question. Any help??

NM I got it you put it in the Headers or Footers.
