I'm not sure if this is exactly 'proboards' slang, and sorry for the short post but:
=^.^= x3
Who could forget the kitty face and the strange and slightly confusing smiley that I can only assume is a cutesy smile with demented cat lips?
Whatever it is, it's damn popular on the proboards I frequent. -shrug-

Also, l337/leet is when you use numbers and charactors(other then letters) to replace letters in words. Things like "teh" would not be considered leet, as its simply a funnier way to write "the".
E.G., : Normal Word: The Leet Word: 7h3 E.G. 2: Normal Word: Proboards Leet Word: Pr0b0/-\rd5
That is whatt l337 is.

There is one that I have been seeing around and I don't know exactly what it refers to. What is someone doing when they are "minimodding"? I assume 'minimodding' here is what I call 'armchair-modding': pretending to be a moderator when you're actually not. If a non-staff member frequently posts stuff like: "You're not allowed to post this here", "You're being rude and you'll get a warning/ban for that", he/she is minimodding.

Some more design sites.
SZ - Studio Zero OCGfx - OverComer's Gfx
[CB] - CrossBrowser, referring to the compatibility of codes - if marked [CB] it works in Internet Explorer and FireFox. GM - An abbreviation for GreaseMonkey, FireFox's new add-on program.
A note on Teh:
Usually means the, but sometimes is not corrected on purpose.
